Web Server

Windows Server or Linux, Java 8, and Apache Tomcat 9; Docker/Podman containerization is possible.

eAuditor On-Premise Security

On the On-Premise page, we outline the mechanisms that are important when deciding whether to implement the solution. Details regarding testing and configuration can be found on the dedicated security page.

Secure HTTPS and TLS 1.3 Communication

eAuditor’s client-server communication uses TLS 1.3, and eServer and eAgent have SSL certificates.

  • HTTPS / TLS 1.3
  • Transmission Security
  • VPN for selected connections

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

The system supports additional mechanisms for authenticating administrators.

  • 2FA
  • token
  • email code

Security and Vulnerability Testing

The tests cover the web application, the REST API, and the agent.

  • Threat modeling
  • penetration testing
  • vulnerability assessment

Access Control for Infrastructure

The organization can control the installation location,
data access, the network, and infrastructure policies.

  • Local infrastructure
  • access control
  • backup and network policies

Detailed information about the scope of testing, OWASP, configuration, and security mechanisms can be found on the dedicated “System Security” page.
