Conditions for upgrading the system to the version

Rules for updating the editorial version:
- In accordance with the terms and conditions of the eAuditor service, the right to free updates applies only to a specific version (e.g. V9)
- The update to version V10 is available free of charge to customers with an active service subscription who are currently using version V9

- Possibility (optional) to purchase new V10 functionalities – for a fee according to the price list and individual arrangements

- Changing the database from MS SQL to PostrgreSQL possible, according to the price list, installation cost. Without the possibility of data migration

Technical aspects of the upgrade to V10 version
In any case (consultation in the implementation process), the technical support department will provide the necessary support by phone or e-mail
from V9.x and V8.x versions
– Manufacturer and administrative support during the upgrade is not required – the process performs automatically
– The update time averages 15 minutes and depends on the size of the database. No administrative intervention is required
– For installations without connectivity to the manufacturer’s update server, an update package will be provided
from versions V7.x and below
– Upgrade from V5.x, V6.x and V7.x is performed remotely by the manufacturer’s technical support department
– Upgrade time is up to 60 minutes and depends on the size of the database
