The purchase of a subscription and technical support for the eAuditor software ensured the organization’s ability to maintain the continuity of its IT infrastructure management and monitoring system. By maintaining the latest version of the software and receiving support from the manufacturer, the organization has streamlined the oversight of its IT resources, increased the efficiency of IT environment administration, and enhanced the security of its infrastructure.

The eAuditor system was implemented for the Damnica Municipality as part of the “Digital Municipality” project. Thanks to its implementation, the Municipal Office gained a centralized tool for comprehensive IT infrastructure management, including automatic hardware and software inventory, license compliance checks, remote workstation management, network monitoring, and asset tracking. The system has enhanced the security and efficiency of administrators’ work through ongoing monitoring of configuration changes, detection of irregularities, supervision of user activity, and streamlined management of the IT environment.

The implementation of the eAuditor system by the Żuromin Municipality and City Office was part of the “Digital Municipality” grant project. The priority was to select a tool that would enable the monitoring of workstations and network devices. eAuditor met the client’s requirements, providing it with a tool for comprehensive IT infrastructure management and protection against the loss of confidential data.

The Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Municipality used funding from the “Digital Municipality” grant project to purchase an internal network management system. The contracting authority’s primary objectives were to monitor local network devices and manage data security. The implementation of the eAuditor system with DLP policies enabled the contracting authority to meet its requirements, providing it with a tool for managing IT resources and users. eAuditor also made it possible to control access to data.
