As part of the “Cybersecure Local Government” project, the Ryki Municipality implemented the eAuditor system, which enables ongoing monitoring of IT infrastructure and rapid detection of irregularities. The solution has streamlined the work of administrators by providing them with access to up-to-date information about devices, software, and the status of the entire IT environment.

The Kamienna Góra City Hall has selected BTC’s eAuditor system as a modern solution for comprehensive IT infrastructure management. The decision was driven by the ability to perform all key tasks from a single, fully web-based administrative console, which simplifies day-to-day operations and increases the efficiency of IT environment management. Additional factors included the system’s wide range of features, its high quality relative to its price, the potential for future expansion, and the support provided by the Polish manufacturer.

The implementation of solutions supporting IT infrastructure management and data protection has given the organization greater control over its IT environment and streamlined administrative processes. Thanks to the expansion of system functionality, the security of processed information has been enhanced, oversight of IT resources has been improved, and the infrastructure’s resilience to cybersecurity threats has been strengthened.

The combination of these two solutions has streamlined the work of administrators, organized technical support processes, and enabled more effective oversight of the IT infrastructure’s operation.
