As part of the announced procurement process, the Contracting Authority expected the delivery of an IT infrastructure management system with a web-based administration console. The implemented eAuditor system enabled the inventory of computers located both on and off the local network, the identification of virtualization environments, and the auditing of devices other than computers. Thanks to its built-in mechanism, eAuditor enabled the encryption of both internal and external (USB) drives. The security of the IT infrastructure was further enhanced by eAuditor’s option to train employees via messages.

The eAuditor system was implemented at the State Fire Service Cadet School in Kraków as part of a tender for the delivery and implementation of an integrated IT environment monitoring and management system. The implementation of the eAuditor software enabled the conduct of audits, hardware and software inventories, as well as comprehensive monitoring of the LAN. The client gained a tool that allowed for the management of employee security and productivity, as well as the control of access to the organization’s data. To complement the IT infrastructure management process, a technical support system for users was also launched, allowing for the creation and efficient management of service requests.
