The purpose of the procurement procedure announced by the Miechów Municipal and City Office was to implement integrated software enabling comprehensive monitoring and management of the IT environment, including users. The eAuditor system, implemented as a result of the procurement process, addressed the needs of the Contracting Authority, which was primarily interested in conducting hardware and software inventory audits (including, among other things, managing installations and uninstallations). In terms of security management, the system helped monitor users’ working hours and the websites they visited, as well as control devices connected to computers. The tool also streamlined the process of creating service requests and remote access to computers.
