The eAuditor system allows you to inventory many types of equipment in your organization. Not only computers, but also other equipment and fixed assets used by employees – closely related to the company’s industry – are subject to this process.
The software makes it possible to record, among other things, printers, monitors, cameras, mice, respirators and even items that are equipment of the organization. Data import is done from external sources. This functionality is a convenience for, among others, large organizations such as schools, hospitals or banks, which have many items and devices in their infrastructure. It is also possible to create your own types of resources in the eAuditor system. Thus, regardless of the specifics of the organization, all items and equipment defined by the customer will be inventoried. In addition, every operation performed in the field of IT inventory is recorded in the system, which significantly increases the level of security. An additional convenience is also the generation of handover protocols, which are important from a legal point of view, and this significantly minimizes the risk of not having the required documents during an inspection.
