As part of the basic version, you will gain access to key IT infrastructure management functions.

• The eAuditor system will allow you to remotely connect to computers on the local network to user sessions and beyond NAT.
• In addition, with the help of a proprietary task server, you will be able to use more than 100 predefined CMD and PowerShell commands completely remotely.
• You don’t need to buy any modules to manage software and licenses of operating systems, installed and portable versions.
• With a few clicks in the message server, you can remotely send alerts and one-time or recurring messages to users/computers. The built-in communicator will improve your communication with employees or groups.

IT inventory

As part of the basic version, you will receive functions related to the inventory obligation.

• The basis of any IT system is the CMDB, with us you will also get access to a common base for infrastructure, processes, documents, services or relationships.
• We have simplified to a minimum the keeping of quantity and value records using the FIFO method for IT accessories and infrastructure.
• You will automatically take an inventory of desktops and laptops, on and off the local network, as well as servers, printers, any network devices and manually added resources.

IT monitoring

In the basic version of the eAuditor system you get the ability to identify errors, diagnose potential threats in real time.

• IT monitoring is made possible by deploying an advanced network scanner and network map, which can identify local networks and build network maps (including wide-area networks), as well as provide detailed information on all network devices.
• The eAuditor system allows detailed monitoring of hardware, software, networks; logging, printing (including network printers), visited websites, web services, network transfer, USB devices, services, processes, performance, event logs, RDP sessions and many other elements of the IT infrastructure.
• Infrastructure performance is key, so we enable monitoring of processes, services, and computer and server performance (Hyper-V and VMware support). The system returns information about hard drives, network traffic or process load.
• Within the interactive, fully customizable widgets in the Dashboard tab, you can verify key metrics for you, such as online computers, computers without updates, unencrypted computers.
• It is possible to monitor the communication speed between the different types of devices available in the infrastructure and the services (more than 30) thanks to the Network Dashboard function.
• We believe that every administrator should be able to decide which views are important to them. That’s why we implemented My Dashboard -a fully editable tab with the most important shortcuts and widgets for the administrator.

IT Security

Ensuring the security of IT infrastructure is fundamental to maintaining the continuity of an organization’s operations. By using the features in eAuditor, it is possible to secure devices or servers.

• Response time is crucial when danger strikes. For this reason, we have implemented extensive administrative notifications in the system, which can be sent through three channels: e-mail, sms or as an alert.
• Only authorized persons should have access to the system, so we have introduced the possibility of two-factor authentication to secure credentials during the login process.
• We have developed and implemented a proprietary website classifier and process and application classifier that uses AI. By using this feature, administrators don’t have to categorize and classify this manually. The solution automatically returns security information about running processes or websites.
• Our Seciurity Dashboard is nothing more than an expanded SOC (Security Operations Center). You can freely select key indicators, parameters or data that will be available in one place.
