President signed KSC law
It’s official. The President’s signature on the amendment to the law on the National Cyber Security System (NSC) closes the stage of speculation, and opens the time for concrete action. “Law of January 23, 2026 on amending the law on the national cyber security system and some other laws (parliamentary print number 1955) – signed on February 19, 2026. The President simultaneously decided to refer the law for follow-up control by the Constitutional Court.”
In 2026, cyber security in Poland stops being a “best practice” and becomes a hard statutory requirement for thousands of companies. Why is it so important right now? We see the answer every day in system logs. Attacks are more frequent, more sophisticated and increasingly targeting supply chains. The KSC Act is the state’s answer to this reality, and eAuditor cloud is our answer to how to meet these requirements without paralyzing your IT department.

KSC is real visibility
The new regulations place great emphasis on an organization’s ability to monitor its environment and respond quickly to incidents. It’s impossible to protect something you can’t see. If you’re not 100% sure what’s currently running on your network, what patches it has and who’s logging into it, unfortunately the KSC amendment will be a challenge for you.
In the context of eAuditor cloud, we have been saying for a long time: visibility is the foundation of security. Our system fits perfectly into the requirements of the Act because:
- Gives a complete inventory (Asset Management): KSC requires a precise inventory of assets. With eAuditor cloud you do it automatically, in real time.
- Monitors vulnerabilities: The law mandates risk management. eAuditor cloud pinpoints software vulnerabilities and missing patches before a hacker can exploit them.
Supports incident reporting: With detailed logs and event history, preparing documentation after an incident is no longer a blind investigation.
Why does choosing a cloud solution help with KSC compliance?
Many people ask: “Doesn’t the cloud bite into the KSC requirements?”. On the contrary. SaaS architecture allows much faster implementation of security standards than laboriously building them from scratch in-house (on-premise).
When you use eAuditor cloud, you are using an infrastructure that already meets stringent standards. This shortens the path to full compliance. Instead of worrying about the security of the monitoring tool itself, you can focus on what the tool is showing you.
Monitoring is not a choice, it’s an obligation
The new law is a clear signal, the State expects companies to be mature. Ransomware attacks or data leaks are no longer just an image problem, they are now becoming violations with real penalties.
eAuditor cloud is designed to “take the fear of auditing out of an administrator’s mind.” The system not only protects, but also provides evidence that you are taking care of security to the highest standards.

Check if you are ready for the new law: Roadshow 2026!
The President’s signature means the clock has started ticking. There is limited time to adjust your systems. Don’t wait for the first audit or the first major incident.
During our Roadshow 2026, we have prepared a special panel specifically dedicated to KSC and NIS2. We will also demonstrate live how to configure eAuditor cloud to automatically generate compliance reports.
Summary
Let’s take a sober look at it: the amendment to the KSC is not an attempt to make our lives more difficult, but a reaction to what’s going on outside the window. In a world where cyber attacks are the daily bread.
Implementing a system like eAuditor cloud will help you do real order in your infrastructure. Compliance with the law should be a side effect of well-structured security, not the only goal in itself.
The KSC clock has just started. Don’t wonder if you’ll make it in time for the inspection.
